Starting off our Saturday morning a bit cooler than usual across Alabama…current pre-dawn temperatures are sitting in the 40s. Expect plenty of sunshine this afternoon & mild temperatures. That means mid 70s by lunch, upper 70s in the afternoon.
Cloud cover should begin increasing later tonight out ahead of a weak disturbance that will pass through Alabama tomorrow afternoon. That disturbance should give us a very small chance of rain during the day tomorrow. If anything, we’ll see a few sprinkles here & there in the afternoon and that’s it…nothing widespread is expected. Highs tomorrow will be near 80° areawide.
We’ll have a dry stretch to kick off next week with no chances of rain expected in the forecast until Thursday. The big difference for next week will be the above-average temperatures that stick around…highs are expected in the mid & upper 80s from Monday through Thursday. Those are the warmest temps thus far this season!
