Starting to sound like a broken record here. More of the same as we move into the weekend.
The pattern doesn’t change much this weekend with a blocking upper-level low pressure area sitting over the western U.S. This will lead to northwest flow for us and dry, sunny weather for the Deep South. Temperatures will stay in check, only making it to the mid and upper 80s for afternoon highs in most places.
The start of the work week is a bit of a toss up. Some forecast models are pointing too much cooler temperatures by Monday, while others continue the warming trend. In any case, we stay dry, and we’ll fine tune those forecast temps as we get closer.
