WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY: Sunshine abounds. After cool mornings, with temperatures in the 40s, temps will rebound into the 70s both days. No rain on tap mid-week.
FRIDAY: Two converging airmasses will produce some rain for us here in Alabama as we round out the week. Morning showers will begin to our south, then increase in coverage throughout the day across central Alabama. Rain will be widespread and will have impacts on outdoor activities. This includes Magic City Classic. No severe weather is expected. This will just be a rain event.
SATURDAY: For now, I will keep morning showers in the Saturday forecast. Then, I’ll call for clearing skies through afternoon. This won’t mean tons of sunshine, but at clearing in regards to the rain. It will by drier as Saturday rolls on. We’re still checking on the weather models as there is still some uncertainty to the pinpoint timing and location.
