Central AL Forecast: Quiet night now. Hot & humid tomorrow.


RIGHT NOW: Only a few spotty showers remain. With quite the line of storms earlier tonight marching through north Alabama, that line fizzled with a quickness as it moved into central AL.

OVERNIGHT: It will remain quiet. The sky stays partly cloudy (sorry if the caused you to miss the International Space Station flying over. Lows will settle in the 70s.

TOMORROW: Our weather models are picking up on a stray morning shower around sunrise, but most should stay dry early. Then, by afternoon, another round of storms is possible. Thursday storms will be widely scattered and more random in location. All in all, it will be hot and humid day with afternoon highs in the 90s.

FRIDAY: Rain begins mid morning and continuing through afternoon. Rain will be hit and miss and will be on and off most of the afternoon, through evening. By 9pm the rain should move out.
