MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WIAT) Alabama Speaker of the House Mac McCutcheon (R – Monrovia) held a news conference to discuss the resumption of the 2020 regular legislative session, which is scheduled to begin again on Monday, May 4, and other assorted issues.
