Health experts say to start your fitness journey, first, you need to know what ‘Wellness’ means.
Wellness is the state of being in good health. And that includes a variety of factors, such as physical, mental, social, emotional, even environmental just to name a few.
National Wellness month focuses on self-care, managing stress and promoting healthy routines.
Health experts also say the key to wellness is creating wholesome habits in your lifestyle such as a good fitness routine, proper eating habits, staying hydrated, taking time to stretch, meditate and relax.
Research has shown wellness and self-care help manage stress and promotes happiness. So today’s FITNESS FRIDAY is all about challenging yourself to make small changes that could help impact your health in positive ways.
