TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — While many Crimson Tide fans may not be able to travel to South Carolina to watch the football game Saturday, the city of Tuscaloosa has your back!
The city will be hosting its first Live at the Plaza watch party for the big game against the Gamecocks. The last SEC East team to beat the Crimson Tide was South Carolina back in 2010.
The watch party will take place at Government Plaza and will have a 16′ x 9′ LED screen to show the game. Food trucks will be on-site as well. Tents, grills and personal alcoholic beverages will not be allowed inside the district.
Alcohol may be bought at participating downtown bars and restaurants, however.
The game kicks off at 2:30 p.m. and the viewing begins at 1 p.m. and lasts until the end of the game. CBS 42 is your place to catch the game as well!
