The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office has released the identity of the victim found lying unresponsive in the 9900 block of Turner Avenue. The victim is 21-year-old Brandon Rosario. Rosario lived in the Northwest section of Birmingham and was shot.
He was found around 7:27 a.m. and pronounced dead at the scene at 7:38 a.m. Monday morning.
Birmingham police are investigating the shooting.
