Vacant Ensley house fire under investigation

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — According to Birmingham Fire and Rescue, a call came in at 4:45 a.m. of a house fire on the 1600 block of 32nd Street in Ensley.

Crews arrived at the scene and found fire throughout the one-story house with a basement. Fortunately, the house was vacant during the fire with no one inside. No one was injured.

The fire is under investigation.
