RACINE, WI. (CBS) – UPDATE 1:35 p.m. – The Racine County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed “at least one fatality” after a fiery crash that closed all lanes of I-41/94 at County K.
Authorities say a semi-truck caught on fire and fell over the ledge of the freeway Wednesday morning around 11:00 a.m.
Authorities say the scene is still very active and more information is expected to be released from the Racine County Sheriff’s Office.
UPDATE: The Racine County Sheriff’s Office hosts a press conference on the incident:
12:00 p.m.- All north and southbound lanes of I-41/94 at County K are closed after an explosion in Racine, Wisconsin.

The incident has caused major backups for drivers. The Sheriff’s Office is asking people to avoid the area. No word on any injuries or what caused the incident.
