BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — In June, the Mulberry Fork experienced a massive fish kill due to a wastewater spill by River Valley Ingredients, a plant owned by Tyson Foods, Inc.
Residents found hundreds of fish dead, floating downstream.
On Friday, River Valley Ingredients released the following statement in regards to the wastewater.
