BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – Nineteen people were taken to the hospital Monday after a MAX bus crashed in the Fairfield area.
Two of the injured passengers are in critical condition and one passenger is listed in moderate condition. All other passengers transported to the hospital were treated for minor injuries.
Authorities with Fairfield, Midfield and Birmingham’s fire and police departments responded to the scene of the wreck, which happened just before noon.
