BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The Birmingham Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.

Brayden Butler, 17, who has been diagnosed with autism but is described as “functioning”, was last seen Saturday in the 8600 Block of 10th Avenue South wearing a gray hoodie, a navy blue/orange shirt, light blue jeans, and black and red Nike shoes.

Butler is also described as being 5-foot-10 and 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Authorities say he may be travelling in a blue 2018 Nissan Altima with Louisiana tag number “623FBZ .”
