Man accused of mooning, attacking woman cries in his mug shot

SPANISH FORT, Ala. (WKRG) — Patrick Sullivan Lynch was arrested Tuesday night at Rouses in Spanish Fort after police say he mooned a woman then knocked her to the ground. 

His mug shot shows him crying. 

The whole dispute was supposedly over a shopping cart. It happened shortly before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Police say a 60-year old woman was leaving the supermarket when Lynch confronted her upset that she left her shopping cart. 

Police say once the two started arguing, Lynch dropped his pants mooning her. Then the woman allegedly took pictures of Lynch with his pants down, then he allegedly shoved her to the ground.

Lynch is charged with assault 3rd degree and public lewdness. He has no criminal history in Baldwin County or the entire state of Alabama.
