CULLMAN, Ala. (WIAT) —  UPDATE (9:08 p.m.) State troopers have identified the adult passengers of the fatal crash. Allen Dewanne Gore, a 41-year-old man from Sommerville was killed when the 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix he was driving crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a Peterbilt log truck. Gore was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene. Holly Marie Young, 23, and 2 children ages 2 and 4 were passengers in the Pontiac and were also pronounced dead at the scene.

(1:17 P.M.): State troopers told CBS 42 that the cause of the wreck was that a logging truck collided with a vehicle.

CBS 42 is on the scene gathering more information at this time.

(11:20 a.m.): According to the Cullman County Coroner, it is now confirmed that a fourth person has died in connection to the fatal car wreck. One additional person is injured. ALEA states the crash occurred around 8 a.m. near Cullman County 1763.
