"Yeah its upsetting to know that we have to close down our business due to the personal actions of others".

Green says he is closed until he can get the damage repaired.

"I am glad that nobody got hurt and it all and I am ready to see everybody recover from this and start their businesses back again.  We are going to have to clean up get some general contractors in here and take a look at a few things" Green said.

Derrick Maddox was charged with Arson after police arrested him.  Fire Marshal Gene Holcomb says Maddox suffered burns and was treated and released from the hospital.

"We had a witness on the scene that they made a statement that they saw someone run from the building right before the explosion.  There was an explosive fire at this location.  They saw someone run from the building possibly with burn injuries" Holcomb said.

Holcomb would not say why Maddox allegedly set his own business on fire.  Maddox posted his bond of $ 15,000 dollars and was released from jail.
