Ribbon-cutting ceremony held for Black Creek Mountain Bike Park in Hoover

HOOVER, Ala. (WIAT) – A local community now has a new park for bike riding and outdoor activities. The City of Hoover and Signature Homes held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Black Creek Mountain Bike Park.

The park is located in the Lake Wilborn housing community located at Nunnally Pass in Hoover. The park sits on 71-acres and has five miles of developed bike trails. There are trails for the novice as well as intermediate bikers.

The park sits on land that is owned by Signature Homes. Signature Homes is donating that land to the City of Hoover.
