(WIAT) — Alabama Power issued a reminder to their customers of their online options when it comes to receiving their bill. This comes after the U.S. Postal Service made a change to its delivery service standards for some first-class mail.

These changes could lead to some delays in customers receiving their Alabama Power bills, as well as sending payments by mail. A spokesperson said the company wants customers to know they have options when it comes to reaching them.
