New senior living apartments hold ribbon cutting ceremony in Birmingham

Local News

BIRMINGHAM, Ala (WIAT) — City officials, including Birmingham mayor William A. Bell, Sr., held a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday at the new Tuxedo Park apartment community.

The community was designed as an affordable residence for senior citizens in the Ensley area.

The complex features 42 one and two bedroom units, a fitness center, picnic areas with grills, and other unique amenities. Rent, we’re told, starts at $400 a month.
