Birmingham, Ala. (WIAT) — In this week’s Living Well with Michelle, Michelle went to Helena to try out an adorbale trend in the fitness world — goat yoga!
Yoga instructor Stacy Bauwens has taught yoga for years. She said the goats add an feeling of tranquility to the class.
“The goats definitely give it a more relaxed feel,” said Bauwens. ““The deep tissue massage feeling as they walk on your shoulders and back.”
Goat Yoga BHAM owner Phillip Pruett said we can all learn a thing or two from these fury friends.
“Every once and a while you’ll see one of them just kick it’s heels up and take off running,” said Pruett. “We should all learn to just remember that we shouldn’t stop playing. We should continue to play. We get old when we stop playing.”
