BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A new program is coming to the City of Birmingham and the Birmingham Promise.

The In-Roads College Links Program is a college and career readiness program for high school students. It will help with paid internships for the Birmingham Promise, work with PNC to teach financial literacy and provide mentoring opportunities.
