BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The city of Birmingham wants to help some local families have a Thanksgiving dinner.
Beginning Monday, the city and the Christian Service Mission will be collecting canned and dry goods at the Boutwell Auditorium. The food will then be distributed to more than 3,000 families in the city, which is the largest number of families to date.
You can drop off your donations through Wednesday anytime between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
