BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Minor Elementary School recently celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month in a festive way.
On Thursday, students lined up for a parade, where they represented countries from Spain to Argentina.
Hispanic Heritage Month is from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15 and highlights the contributions Hispanic and Latino Americans have made in the United States.
