BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Birmingham Police are investigating after two women were shot late Friday night around 10 p.m.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting at 2660 20th Street in Ensley.
When they arrived on the scene they found two women suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment. Injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
Police believe the shooting started at a different location from where the victims were located.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
This incident is still under investigation.
