CAMDEN, Ala. (WIAT) — Camden, Alabama, might be a small town, but it also happens to be the birthplace of Governor Kay Ivey.
CBS 42 Reporter Reshad Hudson visited Camden to see what the community thinks of the Governor’s job so far and the upcoming election.
Many Camden locals agree that while they might not see eye-to-eye on every policy the Governor endorses, they know that she can be trusted based on her character. “She’s honest and she’s bringing jobs for the state. It would be nice if she brought some jobs here,” local Greg Snall chimed in.
The town of Camden seems to hold Governor Ivey close to heart, which bodes well as citizens head to the polls on November 6.
