HOOVER, Ala. (WIAT) — The Hoover City Council approved of the “Sunday Brunch Ordinance” Monday.
The ordinance was approved 6-0.
The sale of on-premises alcohol will now be able to be made starting at 10 a.m. Sundays. Originally, the sale of alcohol could not start until noon on Sundays.
The ordinance goes into effect immediately.
