Tuscaloosa teen shot on E Mcfarland Blvd

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — Saturday afternoon around 4 p.m. Tuscaloosa Police responded to the 3400 block of East Mcfarland Blvd where an 18-year-old man was found shot in the face.

Investigators say the teenager was walking to another location when an unknown suspect began shooting at him. He then ran into a nearby ABC store for help, however, the store was not involved in the shooting, according to Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit investigators.

The 18 year old was transported to DCH with non-life-threatening injuries.
