BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Erron Brown, the man charged in the Riverchase Galleria shooting, is in jail again after a hearing Friday morning.

According to his attorney, Emory Anthony, Brown received five days in jail for contempt of court. The charges came after Brown misled the court on whether he had his pistol permit in his possession at the time. 

Brown was initially in court Friday morning for a bond reduction.
