MOUNTAIN BROOK, Ala. (WIAT) – Mountain Brook Police are asking for help to identify two robbery suspects wanted for a crime that occurred July 1st in the Brookwood Village parking deck.

Investigators say a man and a woman were in a golf cart and appeared to be maintenance workers, according to investigators.

The suspects pulled up to a woman’s car while she was sitting in the drivers seat texting, and demanded money.

Then, the suspects slammed the victim’s head into the door frame.

Police tell CBS 42 they are checking local clinics for the man.

“The male had a gauze bandage on one of his arms in the area where if you were giving blood or were having blood drawn, so there is the possibility he could have been in a clinic somewhere nearby,” Sgt. John Pennington said.

Police are also asking that you watch the video above to see the female’s neck tattoo as a potential identifier.

If you have any information that can help, call CrimeStoppers at 254-7777–you can remain anonymous.
