ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WIAT) — Brittany Harper has been released from the hospital and is now in the Escambia County Jail.
She is charged with robbery, two counts of kidnapping- unlawful imprisonment, home invasion robbery and auto theft. Her bond for these charges totals $1.16 million.
Harper is scheduled for a court appearance at the Escambia County Circuit Court on February 26.
In Tuscaloosa County, she is charged with robbery in the first degree, kidnapping in the first degree and theft of property in the first degree.
Additionally she is charged with one count of kidnapping in the first degree and one count of theft of property in the first degree in Vestavia Hills. There is no bond for the charges in Vestavia.
Although Perry County has not sent any investigators to Florida, there is an open warrant for Harper in Perry, Georgia.
Hoover is charging Harper with robbery in the first degree, with no bond.
All jurisdictions that were involved in the capture of Harper are working together to see who takes the lead in her series of crimes, or if it will be turned over to the federal government.
