JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — According to the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, a warrant for arrest was sent for 29-year-old Devon Hall who is incarcerated in the Jefferson County Jail on unrelated charges. Hall is considered the third suspect in the investigation of the murder of Marka Willow Watkins (see related).
Hall will be brought to the Tuscaloosa County Jail and served warrants when released from Jefferson County.
His charges will be the same as the other two suspects which are murder and the abuse of a corpse. The combined bond is $165,000.
