BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The Birmingham Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing man suffering from schizophrenia.
Terrance Datcher, 39, was last seen 52nd Street N around 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Datcher is described as 5-foot-7 and 157 pounds.
