Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin set to give report on first 100 days in office

Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin is expected to deliver his report on his first 100 days in office.

His team has tabled the event “The First 100”.

Mayor Woodfin is looking forward to outlining his early accomplishments. He says he expects the citizens of Birmingham to hold him accountable.

“I want them to hear our vision for the city of Birmingham. Then, I want to add some meat to that vision in the form of this is our plan and move forward,” Mayor Woodfin said. “And then, I want to incorporate everything the transition team has done, their homework, all the citizen-led committees which there are five different committees, and then some ideas and recommendations on how to move forward in addressing those issues.”
The First 100 event is open to the public. It will be held at the Alabama Theatre from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.
We will have details of the transition team’s report in another exclusive Backseat Conversation with Mayor Woodfin on the CBS 42 News at 10.
