BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A 40-year-old man killed in a shooting over the weekend was identified Monday morning.
According to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Morris Brown Scott III was found shot to death on the 1700 block of 33rd Street North around 12:25 a.m. on Sunday.
Scott’s death is being investigated as a homicide by the Birmingham Police Department.
