ALEA ends search for missing senior after he is found

CULLMAN, Ala. (WIAT) — UPDATE: 6:17 p.m.- The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has canceled a Senior Alert for a missing Cullman senior.

90-year-old James D. Harper has been located.

2:16 p.m.- The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency and Cullman Police Department is searching for an endangered elderly man who was last seen around 12 a.m. this morning.

James D. Harper, 90, was last seen in the area of the Cullman Regional Emergency Department. ALEA says he may be suffering from a condition that impairs his judgment.

Authorities say he may be driving a white 2010 Ford F-150 with a tag number of 52BK706.

Harper is described as 5-foot-8 white male weighing 130 pounds with balding gray hair.
