BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – A $5,000 award is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the 2016 shooting death of 31-year-old Roger Cheatham.
The family held a press conference on Tuesday at Birmingham Police Headquarters asking for anyone with information to come forward.
Police say three masked men stormed into Cheatham’s apartment in August of 2016 and shot him, along with another victim.
The suspects left in a purple Nissan Altima. Cheatham’s family says they don’t still understand what happened.
