BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Two first grade students are facing disciplinary actions after one student was caught with butter knives in class.

Wednesday, a teacher caught one of the first grade girls with the butter knives in her possession, Adrienne Mitchell, Birmingham City Schools PIO, reports. The teacher noticed early Wednesday morning that the two girls had butter knives and immediately confiscated them.
