Tim Grattan joined CBS 42 as a Morning Producer in November 2021.
With a decade of journalism in newspapers, magazines, radio and television, Tim loves to tell stories and provide sports and news to viewers and listeners.
Originally from Ohio, he joins us now from Roanoke, Virginia, where he was a Producer at WDBJ7. Prior to that, he spent five years in radio, including working for Cleveland Sports Radio 92.3 The Fan. Tim started his media career in newspapers as a sports reporter when he was a senior in high school.
In his spare time, he enjoys country music, watching pro-wrestling (he actually wrestled in a few matches!), traveling and geography, is a fan of Cleveland teams and the West Virginia Mountaineers, and is a deer hunter and fisherman. Also, he is excited to try all of Birmingham’s BBQ!
