TROY, Ala. (WIAT) — Police are currently investigating the death of a student on Troy’s main campus Friday.
According to a statement sent out by Troy, the student was found near Sorrell Chapel. The student’s identity has not been released and the cause of death has yet to be determined.
Officials believe there is no threat to the campus community.
The case is under investigation.
