BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) - Increasing clouds today with highs in the low 50's but staying dry. Tonight rain showers could enter west Alabama this evening.
Rain will become steady throughout the overnight hours. By morning expect moderate to heavy rains though 7 and 9 am in Birmingham. The rain will move out of the state by 1 pm.
Warmer on Saturday with a high around 57 which is actually normal for this time of year.
Sunday will start cooler with lows in the mid 30's under partly sunny skies.
Clearing in the afternoon but a northwest breeze will make things feel pretty cold. Highs only in the mid 40's.
A cold start on Monday morning with lows in the upper 20's but sunshine will help give us a good boost in temperatures into the low to mid 50's.
Staying dry and average through Thursday.... upper 50's for highs mid 30's for lows.
