Are you and your family in need of Housing? Habitat for Humanity is seeking new applicants for th new homeownership program. If selected your family will work with Habitat staff and community volunteers to build yourself and others brand new homes in the greater Birmingham area.

To Apply for the Homeownership program applicants MUST pre-register and attend an Application Workshop where they will learn eligibility requirements and receive a formal application. Families are chosen based on need, ability to pay back a 0% interest mortgage on their new home ($250-$400 monthly mortgage payment), and willingness to partner with Habitat and spend time working on other family's homes.
