Birmingham, AL (WIAT) - Auburn signee Cassanova McKinzy created a little buzz for a fast food restaurant & a football rival on Wednesday.
When asked about his choice of Auburn over Clemson, McKinzy talked about his official visit to Clemson. "(It was) kind of the environment and plus they had no Chick-Fil-A on campus. You had to go like, probably like 15 minutes off campus to go to like a real restaurant. Their café was kind of small."
Word spread of his love for the fast food chain and blew up on Twitter. Fans from the other Tigers quickly pointed out that there is indeed a restaurant on campus.
In an ironic twist Clemson will meet Auburn to open the season at the Georgia Dome in 2012...in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Classic.
