Coffee enjoyed a breakout season for Alabama in 2008 (CBS 42)
TUSCALOOSA, AL - Multiple sources are reporting that Alabama junior running back Glen Coffee has decided to forego his final year of elligibility and enter the NFL Draft.

Coffee had a breakout year in 2008, rushing for 1,383 yards and 10 touchdowns for 6th ranked Alabama. He was also listed as a semifinalist for the Doak Walker Award.

He is projected as a middle round pick in the April draft. He is the second Tide player to leave early. Outland Trophy winner Andre Smith also will enter his name in the NFL Draft pool.
