SECAUCUS, N.J. (AP) - The Chicago Bulls have won the NBA draft lottery tonight, giving them the right to choose between star freshmen Michael Beasley of Kansas State and Memphis standout Derrick Rose. The Bulls managed to get the top pick despite entering the lottery with a 1.7 percent chance of landing the first choice. The Miami Heat have to settle for the Number-2 selection after entering the lottery with a 25 percent chance of getting the top selection. Minnesota currently has the third pick of the draft, which will be held June 26th in New York. Seattle has the fourth selection, followed by Memphis, New York, the Los Angeles Clippers, Milwaukee, Charlotte and New Jersey. Indiana has the 11th pick, ahead of Sacramento, Portland and Golden State.
