NORTH CAROLINA (WIAT) -- A NASCAR driver is being accused of taking competitiveness too far.
North Carolina investigators allege that driver Mike Harmon stole several vehicles from fellow racer and former business partner Jennifer Jo Cobb.
Tuesday's arrest is the second in two weeks for Harmon, allegedly for the same crime.
Harmon was picked up last week after Cobb's hauler was stolen.
He and a co-conspirator face felony charges related to that case.
Meanwhile, he maintains his innocence and insists there's more to the story.
Last week, a judge ordered Harmon to stay away from Cobb, although the two say they plan to finish out this year's racing season.
