Dozens of blushing brides attended the first annual Bridal Ball Sunday afternoon.

From the dress to the music to the flowers, brides and grooms glanced at what area businesses have to offer.

The event is sponsored by Southern Dream Wedding Magazine and not only is giving couples ideas for their dream wedding, it's also giving to local charities. 

Keith Pollard is the publisher of the magazine. He says, "Thirty of central Alabama's best vendors in the wedding industry. We all decided to get together as a team, and raise money for the various charities."

In conjunction with the event, 20 local brides will be featured in the magazine as they say "I do" at their dream wedding.
