Some College Students Believe Prescription Abuse Worse than Marijuana, Drinking

When it comes to drug and alcohol abuse, there appears to be a shift in attitude in college freshmen.
A recent survey conducted by the University of Maryland shows more young college students think recreational prescription drug abuse poses a greater health risk than smoking marijuana and drinking five or more alcoholic beverages each weekend.
Researchers also say students prone to attention-seeking behavior are at the greatest risk of abusing prescription drugs.
