A two-year-old child has died as the result of a beating, two weeks after being hospitalized.
Kemarrious Moore's father, Jamel Hubbard, is being held on an attempted murder charge in the Jefferson County Jail under a $750,000 bond.
Hubbard will now most likely face murder charges.
