Two children are missing in Birmingham tonight and police say their parents are the suspects. One-year-old Angeles Cisneros-Maqueda and her brother, four-year-old Oscar Cisneros-Maqueda were on a D.H.R. supervised parental visit at McDonald's on Montclair Road this afternoon.  A D.H.R. worker says as the visit ended, the parents, Dulce Maqueda-Nieves and Oscar Cisneros took off with the children in a black 2-door 1998-2000 Chevrolet Camaro.  Any one with information on the kidnapping of these two children should call Birmingham Police.
