Motorcycle Rider Dies in Interstate 59 Wreck

The chief deputy coroner of Jefferson County says a Pinson man was killed when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a truck.
Pat Curry identified the victim as 27-year-old Jerod Bishop. The accident occurred Wednesday around 4:20 a.m. on Interstate 59 north near mile marker 138.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
